Who do you use for delivery?
We use the quickest delivery services available at the time of your order. Shipping providers do change, but we tend to use Royal Mail primarily.
Please note, on occasion a courier may only update a tracking number a few days before delivery (normally after 7-10 working days from shipping).
Our FAST DELIVERY Section are items that are currently in stock and available for immediate dispatch and tend to be delivered within 4-8 working day delivery (UK)
International orders will be dispatched the Next Working day and take 9-16 working days to be delivered.
NOTE: Some orders may be slightly delayed due to bank holidays, strikes etc.
Will I be able to track my order?
Tracking information will be provided to you via email and/or text message (only if you provide your mobile number at checkout) around 8-14 working days after the order is placed. This is because the order is sourced upon purchase from our suppliers. We then inspect and ensure the product is in perfect condition before forwarding it to our customer. You will receive a tracking number around 2 days before the item will be delivered to your address.
Some shipping providers tracking information are not as good as others, but we always go for speed of delivery when picking which provider to use.
How long will delivery take once I've ordered?
Delivery times vary depending on the country being delivered to but expect 10-20 working days. Every item we sell is inspected individually to make sure that they are perfect before they are sent out to you.
NOTE: If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive in separate parcels consequently you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers.

I've still not received my parcel what shall I do?
If you've not received your parcel after the estimated time frame, you can drop us an email at DRIPYARDUK.com or DM us @DRIPYARDUK and we will chase it up – majority of parcels do arrive in the estimates provided.
Rest assured that all orders are insured and we guarantee delivery of all orders. If an item is lost in transit we will issue a full refund. We only consider an item as “lost” if it has passed 10 working days over the ETA.

AuthenticityAll of our clothing is shipped directly from the original stores and if not they are checked prior shipment to ensure authenticity. We only sell products that are original and brand new. Receipts can be provided.
We want our customers to feel comfortable when shopping online with us, therefore orders placed on our online store are covered by a 7 day return guarantee, providing they comply with our terms.
To request a return, you can contact us at DRIPYARDUK.com or through Instagram DMs @DRIPYARDUK. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the Return address along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!
The Return Address provided on our parcels IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS. If you return your order to the return address listed on the parcel we will not be able to offer any refund!
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO THE RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PARCEL AS THEY WILL NOT BE RECEIVED BY US AND NO REFUND CAN BE ISSUED!
You are responsible for the costs of returning products to us. When returning the item, ensure there is a copy of your order number in the return parcel. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
If you're order was returned to us because you never collected from the post office within the UK, the item can only be re-shipped if you pay the shipping cost again.
If you're order was returned to us from outside the UK, the item will be reshipped but the tracking must prove that the item was returned and the buyer must pay the shipping for the package to be reshipped.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please clearly indicate the original order number and exchange item required with your return. Exchange is subject to availability.
- Do not remove the security tag attached to your order, this must be fully intact when you are returning any item to entitle your return to be accepted. Please only remove the tag once you are satisfied with your purchase.
- We reserve the right to review the condition of any product and refuse an item that is returned without its original tags, or if this has been removed, broken or tampered with.
- We do not accept returns for items that show indication of being worn, washed, altered, tailored, tampered with, broken or used.
- Your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and with all original packaging in the same condition. Faulty items, pre-owned items and used items cannot be returned.
- On occasion, we may source the Asian variant of a Tech fleece (which are slightly smaller when compared with UK sizing). For example If an order for a UK S was placed we may fulfil the order with an Asian M. We still carry out the authentication process prior to dispatch and will continue processing the order as the sizing and quality are identical, the only difference would be the Size on the Tag. This does not warrant a Return or Exchange for "item not as described" .
- Shoes must be returned with their original box, tags, spare laces, packaging and full contents intact. We reserve the right to review the condition of any product that is returned contrasting its original state. Shoe boxes must be returned in their original state and undamaged as they are considered to be part of the shoe and hold value.
- Please ensure that the item is in a clean and smoke free environment. We have the right to refuse a return for any item that is not clean or smoke free.
- Please be aware that we cannot offer any Returns or Refunds for any item that is on sale.
- Please be aware that we cannot offer any Returns or Refunds for any of our Mystery Boxes.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- We recommend returning your goods via a courier that requires a signature, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please ensure that the return package is wrapped securely to avoid any damage. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the item(s) in perfect condition with its original packaging intact. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession.
- We do not accept returns for the following items, due to hygiene purposes:
- Eyewear - any eyewear must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, in its original condition. If you decide to return your eyewear, please include the order number and the reasons for returning the eyewear. We do accept prescription eyewear for exchanges/returns however the cost of lenses and postage return fees will not be refunded.
- Electronics - once the seal has been removed and the item has been used, we cannot accept a return.
- We do not accept returns for perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- We are unable to accept special orders that have been sourced specially for you as part of our services, sourcing is the service we offer to obtain the exact model, colourway and size requested when an item is not held in stock.
- Any item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of the return being accepted.
- If for any reason your item is not accepted, we will post the item back to you promptly.
*If you return goods suspected to be defective, we will examine them once we receive them, and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable period of time.
CANCELLATION/CHANGING AN ORDER
Orders cannot be cancelled unfortunately, as once an order is placed the sourcing process begins immediately.
If orders cannot be sourced within 7 working days from the order being placed, or has passed 10 working Days over the original ETA a cancellation can be processed.
