What is your order process like?

Once you place an order through our site we will then place the order with our suppliers. If the order with our supplier is confirmed we will inform you that your product has been sourced and is on its way to our warehouse. If you haven't been notified yet send an email to DRIPYARDUK@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @DRIPYARDUK with your order number and we will get back to you with an update. The product should arrive to our warehouse in around 10 working days where it is then inspected to ensure that it is in perfect condition. We then forward the item to our customers with the fastest delivery service available, this is when you will receive a tracking number. Once you receive the item ensure that it is in the correct condition, if there are any issues contact our email DRIPYARDUK@gmail.com or our Instagram @DRIPYARDUK and we will try to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

 

How long does delivery take?

Our products are usually delivered within 10 to 16 working days depending on location. Every item we sell is inspected in great detail to make sure that they are perfect before they are sent out to you. Around 90% of deliveries are delivered on time however if for some reason it isn't delivered on time please allow up to 10 working days over the ETA as a grace period before contacting for lost parcel claims,

 NOTE: If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive in separate parcels consequently you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers.

 

Fast Delivery

Our FAST DELIVERY Section is for items that are currently available in hand and eligible for 4-8 working day delivery (UK)

NOTE: FAST DELIVERY orders will be dispatched the Next working day and arrive within 4-8 working days for UK Orders.

International orders are also dispatched the Next Working Day, however please allow 9-16 working days to be delivered.

NOTE: Some orders may be slightly delayed due to bank holidays, strikes etc.

   

 I am after a particular model but cannot find it on your website, can you get them?

Since we are slowly rolling out our website, not all of our inventory will immediately be present. Please DM us on Instagram (@DRIPYARDUK) if you can't find what you're after on our website.

 

What about custom charges or import tax?

It is extremely rare for our customers to be charged any extra custom charges or taxes. It is the customers responsibility to cover either costs.
